WINTER SEASON HAPPY SEASON

WINTER:
       Winter season is the coldest season of the year,in our Country. It prevails from the month of December to February.During this season, our country is maximum cold and people enjoy the climate invariably.In North India the temperature lies between 10-15C. South India the temperature lies between 20-25C.
       Winter filled with Rainfall,Mist,fog and Shaadi.This is one of the MOST ENJOYABLE MONTH OF THE YEAR.


Now we are going to see how people switch to Happy Season.Yess!!
1)Best season for the Morning walking,jogging due to fresh and breezy air.Yes, its pure air to breathe to keeps our body Healthy and Fresh throughout the day.

2)Due to cool climate people can take long nap , it makes dull and lazy.They tied themselves with Sweater,blankets.

3)When they tied with blanket automatically they ring with watching movies,reading books,hearing songs also stick with Ek dum Masala Chaii (Coffee), Samosa.So this is called Food Season.



4)In North India, many groups of people makes fire to keep warm.


       India is the largest country Country with of various culture,tradition also in climate,you people correct winter shows some heavy rainfall in South India,South East India.They expect the rain,cyclone unexpectedly.That time we have to take some precaution.Lets what they are,


1)If your are going outside take umbrella,waterproof handbag,watch, special cover for mobile.Now a days everybody using smart phone its easy to slip so be careful.
2)Check your footwear,sometimes small insects hide in shoes due to weather.
3)Wear dark shade clothes to avoid puddle and sludge,then dnt forget your sweater,raincoats,cap,
scruff.
4)Carry yourself with crunches or liquid things if you take biscuits ,the texture might change due to cool climate.
5)Better to avoid vehicles,due to climate the motor will make trouble to start.In some places water is logging, so its difficult to drive.

 Lets see how we take care of  our skin during monsoon.First MUST TO DO:

1)Winter season makes our skin worsen, it makes you super dry and patchy .So APPLY MOISTURIZER two times a day,you can also try coconut oil or olive oil in your bath tub.



2)Many people avoid sunscreen due to cloudy,its wrong that time UV intensity might be enough to damage your skin so DON'T SKIP THE SUNSCREEN.

3)If you are a makeup person,then use WATER PROOF MAKEUP  because you cant predict whether it going to be rain or not, so be careful about what you wearing.Better minimal makeup is enough.

4)BOOTS plays the very important STYLE STATEMENT in the winter and UMBRELLA to.


5)Try to DRINK LOTS OF WATER know this season we doesnt like water that much,but our body gets more drier than summer.

6)DO SOME EXERCISE at least 45 minutes to keep fit,yes this season our calories level increases,metabolism level decreases.


BETTER AVOID THIS:
1)Monsoon tempts to drink lots of coffee or tea,but excess of anything leads to DEHYDRATION. Better you should try some Green Tea which contain Antioxidants or Spicy soup also.


2)DONT BE TOO COZY YOURSELF,go outside and enjoy the rain,fog,breezy air.yes open your window.


3)AVOID SUN GLASS,know its provide from UV and style statement but its too dark not safe for walking and driving.

4)AVOID STREET FOOD in this time the bacteria easily spreads everywhere so it infects and leads to cold,cough,diarrhea,fever.

5)If you are walking then BEWARE OF POT-HOLES,its very dangerous
